1. Introduction: Thank you for shopping at Bearded Balladeer. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
2. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The product isn’t used or damaged.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Products That Cannot Be Returned: We do not accept returns of the following items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

5. Shipping Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 8. Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
